My role in In Ear

Writer of Supermarket Matters series 2 episode 2, F1E5H.

Background

Supermarket Matters was my first piece of work I’ve had produced and since then I have gone on to become popular writer of TV and film articles at www.whatculture.com

I also wrote comedy sketched for the Ray Harryhausen Skeleton Orchestra at the Greater Manchester Fringe Festival 2013 and am now following this up with a series of plays for a horror fringe in Manchester in later in the year.

My long term goal is to be a successful writer. I’ve written novels, sitcoms and comedy dramas and comedy is the way I want to go. I’m also a dad, a husband, a manager, a writer, a wedding videographer and until very recently a teacher of after-school drama and film making classes, so I’ve got a lot going on in my life!

I’m a massive film buff and I watch far too much TV (small children = no social life!). Judging by my tastes…Buffy, Battlestar, Babylon 5, Twin Peaks, Castle, Sherlock, Doctor Who…I can definitely say I’m a bit of a geek too…but then so are most of my friends.
